Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your LyftSox™. If you experience any issues with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.


Eligibility


  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of socks that have been worn.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.



Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us and we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
